EPCOR: Payments Updates & Initiatives with Shelly Sipple -Updates on ACH developments and instant payment initiatives, with a particular focus on the latest changes from NACHA.

Shelly Sipple joined EPCOR in 2005 after an 11-year career with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. As Senior Director of Certifications & Continuing Education, she designs and delivers ACH education programs for over 1,800 financial institutions and corporate members. A recognized ACH payments expert, Shelly presents at regional and national conferences and serves on multiple Nacha committees. She has earned AAP (2006), APRP (2018), NCP (2019), and AFPP (2025) certifications. Shelly holds a bachelor’s degree in business education and is passionate about equipping financial professionals with the knowledge and skills to excel in payments.
