Latest Developments in the Payments Landscape

Description:      There’s no doubt the payments landscape is shaping up to look very different!  Everything in the payments industry suggests that payments will be faster by 2020, but just how fast?  What will happen to legacy payments like check and wire?  Will we look to companies and financial institutions to use a brand new payments system, or will the current technology, like ACH, be able to accommodate the speed that consumers and businesses are demanding?  We will take a look at the current faster payments technologies that exist today and give you insight into new payments products.  This session will also help you make sense of all of the buzzwords thrown around when discussing faster payments, like APIs, Account Validation and ISO 20022.
